Books
A book lets the works, and the writing around them, reach people who will never stand in front of the paintings. It is also how the collection gives the art a second, lasting life, off the wall and on the page. Hence the books.

Sold outHouse of Day, House of Night
Works from the Radosław Kotarski Collection
The collection's first book, named after Olga Tokarczuk's novel of day and night, built on the idea that each of us lives in two houses: the daytime one of obligations and the nighttime one of dreams. It gathers 101 works from the collection with Radek's own commentaries, and makes a quiet case that regular contact with art does measurably good things to attention, stress and mood. Above all it is a book of remarkable stories. The print run sold out, 3,500 copies.

Zniszczona przystań
In preparation with Altbuch: a monograph of Aleksandra Waliszewska, "Zniszczona przystań". Her dark, folkloric, dream-like world of cats, monsters and ever-present death has a following that runs well beyond the art world. This book will be its full portrait.
